University Hospital Valet Service and Parking

Our free valet service is available from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Free parking is also available for patients and visitors in the nearby parking terrace located northwest of the hospital's main entrance. As you approach the hospital, follow the blue and white signs to the free parking lot (north) and the visitor pay lot (south).

Directions to University Hospital

Entering Salt Lake City traveling north bound on I-15

• Exit at 400 south (Exit 307) east bound; you will be traveling east. Follow 400 south to 700 east.
• Turn left onto 700 east; you will be traveling north. Follow 700 east to 100 south.
• *Turn right onto 100 south; you will be traveling east again. Follow 100 south, heading east, to University Hospital. Follow signs to patient/visitor parking and complimentary valet service.

Entering Salt Lake City traveling south bound on I-15

• Exit at 600 south (Exit 306); you will be traveling east. Follow 600 south until you reach 700 east.
• Turn left onto 700 east; you will be traveling north. Follow 700 east to 100 south.
• *Turn right onto 100 south; you will be traveling east again. Follow 100 south, heading east, to University Hospital. Follow signs to patient/visitor parking and complimentary valet service.

*Note: 100 south turns into North Campus Drive at approximately 1300 east and then turns into Medical Drive at University Hospital. If you follow 100 South east as far as it will go, you will end up at University Hospital.

Entering Salt Lake City traveling west bound on 1-80

• Exit at Foothill Drive; you will be traveling north. Follow Foothill Drive to Mario Capecchi Drive (approximately two miles from the freeway exit.)
• Turn right at the light onto Mario Capecchi Drive; you will be traveling north. Follow Mario Capecchi Drive to North Medical Drive.
• Turn right onto North Medical Drive. Follow North Medical Drive to the front of University Hospital. Follow signs to patient/visitor parking and complimentary valet service.

Entering Salt Lake City traveling east bound on I-80

• Exit at Foothill Drive; you will be traveling north. Follow Foothill Drive to Mario Capecchi Drive (approximately two miles from the freeway exit.)
• Turn right at the light onto Wasatch Drive; you will be traveling north. Follow Mario Capecchi Drive to North Medical Drive.
• Turn right onto North Medical Drive. Follow North Medical Drive to the front of University Hospital. Follow signs to patient/visitor parking and complimentary valet service.

• Take 600 South exit. Head east to 700 East.
• Turn Left on 400 South. You will be heading North.
• Turn right on 400 South. You will be traveling east.
• Turn left on Mario Capecchi Drive. Madsen is on the left side.
• You will need to wind back through the LDS church parking lot to get the Madsen parking lot.

Entering Salt Lake City traveling north bound on I-15

• Take 400 South exit . Turn Left and head east.
• Turn left on Mario Capecchi Drive. Madsen is on the left side.
• You will need to wind back through the LDS church parking lot to get the Madsen parking lot.
